The Agreement, approved on <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"528\">April 17, 2025<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"575\">fully repeals previous agreements<\/strong> and establishes unified criteria for the duration, minimum content and delivery methods of courses, in accordance with the   <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"735\">Legislative Decree 81\/08, art. 37. <\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"772\">Objective of the new Agreement<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"802\">The document aims to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1114\">\n<li data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"886\">\n<p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"886\">Ensure <strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"852\">consistent and qualified training<\/strong> throughout the country;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"946\">\n<p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"946\">Making the company&#8217;s prevention system more effective;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"1036\">\n<p data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1036\">Provide clear rules on the <strong data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1005\">duration, content, modalities<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1025\">updates of<\/strong> courses;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1114\">\n<p data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1114\">Introduce tools to <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1090\">verify the<\/strong> real <strong data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1090\">effectiveness<\/strong> of training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1119\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1165\">The Main Novelties of the 2025 Agreement<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>1. Mandatory Training for Employers.<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1460\">For <strong data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1246\">the first time<\/strong>, all <strong data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1276\">employers<\/strong> must take a mandatory course of <strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1338\">at least 16 hours<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1342\">If the company is also a <strong data-start=\"1363\" data-end=\"1418\">contractor on temporary or mobile construction sites<\/strong>, the course is extended to <strong data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1459\">22 hours total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1579\"><strong data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1478\">Goal<\/strong>: To strengthen the employer&#8217;s awareness and active role in safety management.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1581\" data-end=\"1584\">\n<h5><strong>2. Executives: Changes to Training<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1881\">\n<li data-start=\"1636\" data-end=\"1699\">\n<p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1699\"><strong data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1678\">Reduced basic training duration<\/strong>: from 16 to <strong data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1698\">12 hours<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1784\">\n<p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1784\"><strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1732\">Additional 6-hour module<\/strong> for those working at <strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1783\">temporary or mobile construction sites<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1881\">\n<p data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1881\">Ability to conduct part of the training in a tracked and certified e-learning mode.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"1886\">\n<h5 data-start=\"1888\" data-end=\"1943\">3. Preposti: Mandatory Biennial Update.<\/h5>\n<ul data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2233\">\n<li data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2018\">\n<p data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"2018\">The frequency of updates changes from <strong data-start=\"1988\" data-end=\"2017\">every 5 years to every 2 years<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2118\">\n<p data-start=\"2021\" data-end=\"2118\">Update to be conducted <strong data-start=\"2047\" data-end=\"2062\">in-person<\/strong>, with practical content dropped into the business context;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2233\">\n<p data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2233\">Focus on active vigilance, noncompliance reporting, suspension in case of serious and immediate danger.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2235\" data-end=\"2238\">\n<h5 data-start=\"2240\" data-end=\"2289\">4. Verification of the Effectiveness of Training<\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"2290\" data-end=\"2349\"><strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2348\">Assessment of learning<\/strong> becomes <strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2348\">mandatory<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2556\">\n<li data-start=\"2350\" data-end=\"2382\">\n<p data-start=\"2352\" data-end=\"2382\">Charged to the employer;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2383\" data-end=\"2492\">\n<p data-start=\"2385\" data-end=\"2492\">To be carried out through <strong data-start=\"2408\" <strong data-start=\"2990\" data-end=\"3008\">total 24 months<\/strong> (until May 23, 2027) all will have to comply with the new arrangement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr data-start=\"3084\" data-end=\"3087\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"3089\" data-end=\"3131\">Impact for Companies and Trainers<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3235\">The new
